Annual Culinary Festival Locked Down Edition

We are celebrating 76th National Day of Vietnam 🇻🇳🇻🇳

On occasion and because it is a public holiday even in isolation, our hosting committee did make arrangements to celebrate this day with a memorable event to boost spirits 

Our Annual Culinary Festival is edited to fit in current situation and “Culinary Fest Locked Down Edition” was staged today.

On the occasion of National Day and celebrate Independence of Vietnam, the management did absorb all the expenses of the event and provided vouchers to all our in house guests for free flow of food and drinks.

All food, which are basically Vietnamese specialities, is prepared by departments and included dishes which required concentration and hard work. 

The surprise of the day was two special entries : “Chicken Doner Kebab on Rice Pilaf and Sutlac (Milk Pudding) as desert, prepared diligently by Turkish staff.

The day was a real spirit booster and many streamed direct to their families back home.
